STEAM in Prek

It all started with a book about a pigeon.   To be exact, it was the story
"Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus" by Mo Willems.
The challenge to the kids was to build a vehicle for the pigeon to drive.
It took concentration and trial and error. . .
to come up with a working vehicle . . .
that could hold our paper pigeon and roll down an incline.
Success!

This was just one of our mentor challenges this week.  The challenges are fun, engaging opportunities for creativity and working with each other.
