| Launching our catapults |
Back from spring break and right back to business. We are finishing our unit on Africa this week, getting ready for the art show and did 2 different STEAM projects. Our first project was making boats out of foil and counting how many pennies you could put on there before it would sink. Our second project was building a catapult out of tongue depressors, rubber bands and spoons. We were able to successfully launch our pom pom about 20 feet. We decided there were several variables that made a good catapult.
