Lots happening in the Ladybug room this week! We're continuing our study of Australian animals; this week we added snakes, animals of the Great Barrier reef and wombats to our books. We worked on skip counting, geometric shapes, color mixing and masking with our mentors and visited the Tacoma Glass Museum. We even managed to fit in some time in the sandbox. It was a good week!
Kids look pretty busy in making those art pieces. It is a good activity to include in the class as it helps them to learn things on their own. They also seem to enjoy the activities.
